ABEKT stands for Library Automation and Data Management System. It is a service that the National Documentation Centre of Greece (EKT) develops since 1986 and provides it to more than 2000 users, mostly Greek libraries. OpenABEKT is a follow-up release of ABEKT software  based on Cloud technologies and planned to be delivered as a business application which runs according to Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model. It will include enhanced configuration capacities, thus, responding better to each institution's needs.

What is OpenABEKT?
