The study examines the requirements and specifications for the development of open content with interoperability. NISRT's implementation requires a continous updating of the specifications needed for content development and stadartization as well as continuous input from the international advances in the field.
The project "National Information System for Research & Technology/Social Networks-User Generated Content" (Project ID 296115) is implemented by the National Documentation Centre within the Operational Programme "Digital Convergence" (NSFR), which is co-funded by Greece and the European Union-European Regional Development Fund.
